With the outreach playbook
A note that fits, sent in the candidate's working hours, and only after the checks pass.
- Invite note
- 194 characters, fits
- Saturday send
- Waits for Monday 10:00
- Tasks done right
- 94% vs 38%
Your agent writes LinkedIn invites and messages to candidates that fit the limit and pass every send check.
Signal describes package standing, not measured performance.
Rocketlist's outreach playbook for recruiters. Your agent writes the invite note, first message or follow-up from facts on the candidate's profile and your approved role facts only, with an ask that fits their seniority. It counts the note against your account's limit and rewrites it whole instead of cutting it, keeps sends to Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 in the candidate's time zone, holds to 20 invites a day and 100 a week, and stops when a colleague already spoke to the person or the person applied. Nothing goes out without your approval.
A note that fits, sent in the candidate's working hours, and only after the checks pass.
94% of recruiting tasks done right with the playbook, 38% with Claude alone. Asked to send on a Saturday, Claude alone said nothing blocks it; with the playbook it waited for Monday 10:00 in the candidate's time zone. Asked for an invite, Claude alone wrote 318 characters for a 300 limit; with the playbook it wrote 194 that fit.
