Edge founding creator terms

- Who. These terms are between you and Floom, Inc. (doing business as Edge), 1207 Delaware Ave, Suite 226, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States ("Edge").
- What you get. While you are an active founding creator, Edge pays you a share of the creator pool every month.
- The pool. 100% of the Edge Pro subscription revenue Edge actually collects from 2026-10-15 to 2026-12-31, after taxes, refunds and chargebacks. From 2027-01-01, 80% of that revenue. Edge pays card processing and its own costs out of its share. Edge may change the percentage going forward with 30 days' notice; changes never apply to months already earned.
- Your share. Pool x (eligible uses of your skills / eligible uses of all active founding creators' skills) for that month. An eligible use is a successful load of your skill through Edge by an identifiable user (an Edge key), not by you or Edge, counted at most once per user and skill per 24 hours. Edge may exclude uses it reasonably believes are automated, fraudulent or self-generated. If no creator has eligible uses in a month, the pool carries over.
- Activation. You become active when Edge has verified you own the GitHub account that publishes the skills and you accept these terms. No post or promotion is required, and payments never depend on one.
- Gift passes. Edge may give your audience Edge Pro passes "from you". You can share or ignore them. If you share a link connected to this program, disclose it as your platforms and local law require (for example "I earn royalties from Edge").
- Payouts. Monthly, by Wise or PayPal, with a statement, once your balance is at least USD 10; smaller balances roll over. You can choose to donate your share or decline it. You are responsible for your own taxes; Edge may ask for tax forms before paying.
- Your content. Your skills stay yours under their existing license. You let Edge show your name, avatar and public skill information on getedge.cc in connection with this program. You can hide your creator page or leave at any time; earned amounts are paid out.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older (or have a parent or guardian accept these terms for you) and not be barred from receiving payments by sanctions law.
- End. Either side can end this with 30 days' notice. Edge pays everything earned until the end date.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Courts in Delaware have jurisdiction.
